Is your beef locally raised?
Yes. We believe in knowing where your beef comes from and being connected to the people who raise it. Our cattle are raised with hands-on care from our farm to your freezer.
What does “grass-fed, grain-finished” mean?
Our Angus cattle spend the majority of their lives on pasture eating grass and forage. During the finishing stage, grain is added to their diet to help develop the tenderness, flavor, and marbling that make high-quality Angus beef so enjoyable.
Do you use hormones or vaccines?
We do not add hormones to our cattle. Our cattle receive an annual blackleg vaccination as part of our herd health program. We believe in keeping our cattle healthy through responsible, intentional care while raising quality beef for our customers.
How is your beef different from grocery store beef?
Buying directly from us gives you a closer connection to where your food comes from. Instead of simply picking up an anonymous package at the grocery store, you can know the farm and the people behind the beef you're feeding your family.
Is your beef sold fresh or frozen?
Our beef is frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor. Keeping beef properly frozen also allows you to stock your freezer and enjoy it whenever you're ready.
Do you sell individual cuts?
Yes! We offer a variety of individual cuts so you can stock up on your favorites without purchasing a large beef share.
Do you offer beef boxes?
Yes. Our beef boxes make it easy to try a variety of cuts or stock your freezer without having to choose everything individually.
What cuts of beef do you offer?
Availability varies, but you may find steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, specialty cuts, and other seasonal offerings in our store.
Can I buy beef in bulk?
Yes. Bulk beef is a great option for families who want to stock their freezer and purchase more of their beef directly from a local farm.
How much freezer space do I need for bulk beef?
The amount of freezer space needed depends on how much beef you're purchasing. If you're considering a bulk order, contact us and we'll help you determine approximately how much freezer space you'll need.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Select local pickup at checkout and you'll receive the information you need for your order.
Can I visit the farm?
We love connecting our customers with where their food comes from. Farm visits and events may be available at select times throughout the year. Check our website or social media for upcoming opportunities.
